Relaxing Retreat

Visiting the spa was a true highlight of my stay. I treated myself to a massage that my mom described as 'the best massage' she's ever had in Morocco. The therapists were lovely and made sure I left feeling completely relaxed. The pool area is also a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the Medina.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a royal palace. The beautifully decorated rooms, extensive gardens, and the overall atmosphere were incredibly relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing excellent service during our stay, especially during a medical emergency. However, while I enjoyed the vast amenities, I think there could be improvements in the best room allocation process at check-in, as not everyone seemed to have the same luck as we did.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely magical! I loved the beautiful Moroccan design and the luxurious feel of the place. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, particularly the manager who was always available to assist. However, I did encounter a few minor hiccups with my bank card during my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with incredible dining options and relaxing spa facilities.
