Staying at this hotel felt like being in a royal palace. The beautifully decorated rooms, extensive gardens, and the overall atmosphere were incredibly relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing excellent service during our stay, especially during a medical emergency. However, while I enjoyed the vast amenities, I think there could be improvements in the best room allocation process at check-in, as not everyone seemed to have the same luck as we did.
